The Functional and Strength Training Zone at our Newburgh Fitness Center is the area to go to help you shred those calories and build muscle. We want you to get the most out of your gym visit, which is why we have a special training area open to all members to help complete your physical fitness programs.
This area of our Health Club focuses on body weight training and circuit workouts with the help of kettlebells, pull-up bars, ropes, TRX bands and more. We also offer small group training classes for an added fee for those that would like some expert instruction on how to kick their fitness level into top gear. Our AGX Fusion® group training classes are offered 3 times a week, focusing on lower, upper and total body workouts each day.
