In reaching our personal training plateau, Gold’s Gym staff members must pass the Gold’s Fitness Personal Trainer course and take the exam. Group Personal Training Programs
With our group personal training programs, you’ll never go it alone. Group personal training programs are based on the Les Mills GRIT Training series and customized to your needs. This workout – personalized to your fitness levels – offers the opportunity for higher intensities, better results, and a more organized plan.
Les Mills GRIT series is a 30 minute cardio challenge that will push to your max, and beyond. Get the up close and personal attention of small group personal training. The scientifically backed and comprehensively tested training session is taught by a highly trained coach who is down on the floor with you, making certain that you get results. Comes in 3 different high intensity interval training sessions-Strength, Plyo and Cardio.
We’ve found that our group personal training has brought more benefits to our members because unlike personal, one-on-one training, participants can follow group members’ examples and learn proper form and heightened endurance to bring their abilities to a higher level.
