Low Impact Exercise in our Fitness Center!
Our personal trainers and group class instructors have several low impact exercise classes and training programs to help increase range of motion and stamina in seniors. Exercise programs for seniors are healthy for the body, mind and spirit! Stay active, energized and meet others interested in a healthy lifestyle at one of our group exercise classes specially designed for seniors!
