Next Level Performance is a group personal training program, that has large and small group options for all abilities. NLP has a Team Training option that allows groups of 10+ to be coached and motivated by a certified personal trainer. We also have Semi-Private classes which provide more emphasis on one-on-one coaching, technique, form correction, and strength training.
Foundations – This Group Personal Training Class is a great way for beginners and advanced members to work out together and still get an effective workout in. This class will incorporate full body movements, but will offer more entry level options for those who are new to the program.
Afterburn – A fun and energetic mix of resistance training and cardio vascular endurance. This class will work your entire body using functional movements to strengthen, tone, and burn fat.
Industrial Strength – This class focuses on slightly lower reps, with increased weight, to efficiently build muscle and strength while burning a large amount of calories. This class is great for both men and women, and members will see a benefit in both endurance and strength.
Semi-Private – These small groups (4-6 people) focus more on resistance training for muscle tone and strength, while still providing a great overall calorie burn. Each class provides more one one-on-one coaching and is great supplement to to Team Training to more effectively reach your fitness goals. Ask about these scheduled times and availability.
