“My husband Keith came home from work one day and asked me if I wanted to do a 12 week challenge. I immediately said NO! But he said he really wanted to get back into the gym and needed my support, so I agreed.
I entered the challenge and asked to have Tracy Carson as my trainer since I heard from a friend that she was the best. She was awesome!! She gave me really great nutrition advice and an awesome workout regimen.
I couldn’t be more pleased with my results. I made steady progress over the 12 weeks. I’m back to the weight I was when I got married 22 years ago.

“After a second back surgery in May of 2014 and facing possible fusion, I looked in the mirror over the Christmas and New Year’s Holiday and did not like what I saw. Id become a static and I was still in pain.
Before surgery I’d slowly grown more and more out of shape over the course of about 3 years. I could no longer walk for any distance without pain and could not even play golf for 9 holes without paying for it dearly and that was tough! The thought of my 53rd Birthday coming in May 2015 and being out of shape (FAT), in pain and static was not going to work for me. A CHANGE WAS NEEDED AND NEEDED NOW!
I’ve been a member of Golds Gym for years but had not seen the inside of the place for a long time, so it was time to pay it a visit. I really did not know where to start but saw an advert for the 12 week challenge and thought it sounded good. What’s 12 weeks right!
So I headed home and said to my wife Jeanna, will you do the challenge with me?? She immediately said “NO.” I explained to her and told her I could not do it without her support. She agreed and let me tell you im so happy we did this together. The results have been amazing! It has become the best time we have invested in ourselves.
I entered the challenge and got my trainer Daryl Murtha, he put me through my evaluation and promptly put me to work! I explained my limitations and he gave me ways to work around them and on them. He and the whole staff have been nothing but helpful and enthusiastic in helping me set and reach my goals.
As a result of the 12 week challenge I have lost over 15.5lbs and over 10inches in the right places and have dropped my overall body fat from 25.1 to 17.1% I look like a new man and better yet I feel like a new man. I’m exercising regularly and back to playing golf.
