Hey guys! My name is Joe McDonald, I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have been around fitness and involved in sports for as long as I can remember. I love fostering success and find great pleasure in being able to help people reach their goals, no matter what that goal might be.
When I was thirteen years old I began working with a personal trainer. At a young age I learned the value of proper lifting technique and taking care of your body. My trainer also helped me improve my speed for track and field, and get stronger and quicker for football. It gave me a step ahead in my sports and I owed it all to my trainer. I knew at a very young age the value of having a trainer there to push you to your limits. It wasn’t long before I knew I wanted to pursue Personal Training as a career. I obtained my certification at eighteen years old and I am currently pursuing my Exercise Science degree at Boise State University. I am always pushing myself to the best of my abilities with my health, fitness, and education. I strive to bring out the best in each and every client I have the opportunity to work with.
If you are ready to make a positive change for your health, or ready to take your fitness to the next level, allow me to be your guide. I look forward to joining you on your journey to better health and fitness.
