Being physically active has always been a huge part of my life. This passion started when I was a child playing little league football. My passion for fitness continued to grow through BMX Champions to playing in State Championship football games. Once I graduated high school I was introduced into Body Building. I quickly learned that proper nutrition, portion size and pushing my body to its limits was a way of life. This has sparked a new desire to train and compete in Super Heavyweight body building competitions, which I continue to do every year. I am certified through NASM, Certified Functional Strength Certified(CFSC) level I and II, and completing my training as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. When I am not in the gym I enjoy going for hikes, hunting, fishing, and playing with my dogs, Thor and Akilleze.
My Goal is to provide personalized programs, educating any desired client to fulfill their nutrition and fitness goals. Every day I strive to show my clients something new and innovative with regards to a daily workout and nutrition program. I take pride in being able to incorporate different types of workout routines from free weights, exercise machines, and body weight. Each one of my clients receives personalized fitness plans on nutritional guidance based on their wants and needs. Helping each person become the best version of themselves!
