CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that employs constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements. It aims to forge a comprehensive, general, and inclusive fitness for athletes of all levels. We have designed our program to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible. CrossFit is a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains,
- Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance
CrossFit Persona aims to employ weight lifting, metabolic conditioning, and basic gymnastics, to develop a broad, general inclusive fitness. Our overall goal is to expand on the “inclusive” aspect of that fitness.
Here at CrossFit Persona, located inside Gold’s Gym, ETC, in addition to the basic CrossFit platform, we have a versatile facility that offers many other specialized programs. We seek to open the doors of CrossFit to those that otherwise may have felt intimated by a traditional CrossFit facility.
We believe that to be effective in a long-term sense, exercise has to be enjoyable. We believe in fun.
