Group cycling is the ultimate in cardio fitness. Each participant uses a specially designed stationary bicycle to pedal there way in to shape. The intructor leads the class through a variety of cycling challenges all focused on building endurance, strength, tone, and physical fitness.
To ensure that everyone has a bike during the class, there is a sign up sheet available at the front desk 30 minutes prior to the start of the class. Signing up for the class in first come, first serve.
