Mallorie Clark is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT). I have always had a love for being active, in one way or another. Growing up, I was a softball player and a dancer. However, my passion for fitness and desire for a healthy lifestyle began after my high school days. When I found that my leisure activities weren’t enough to keep me healthy, I joined my first gym. I quickly learned the great benefits that exercise had on me, both physically and mentally, and there was no turning back. I began taking group fitness classes, and that is where I truly discovered my love for fitness. After several years of participating in these classes, I decided to take it a step further, and get my group fitness certification through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). I have experience with yoga, tamp fit, and bootcamp style classes. This certification helped me realize my desire to share my knowledge and show others the great impact that fitness can have on their lives. At this point, I made the decision to become a certified personal trainer.
I truly believe that living a healthy lifestyle is the best thing anyone can do for themselves, and the ones they love. One group class changed my life, and I am confident that fitness can have the same effect on you.
