Functional Training is a great way to get stronger, leaner, more agile and more flexible, while also increasing endurance. This program is composed of exercises that focus on integration – training your muscles to work together, rather than in isolation. Functional Training helps you perform better in your everyday life: lifting your kids out of their car seats, carrying all those bags of groceries into the house, bending, reaching, twisting, lifting.
