INDOOR CYCLE class will provide the best non-weight bearing cardio exercise for the beginner and elite athlete. During this class the instructor will simulate hill-climbing, sprints, and races. Whether seated or standing, this group exercise class will keep you motivated and energized with music and excitement.
FOREVER YOUNG is designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and balance for our adult active members. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, body bars, and stability balls are used to provide a fun filled circuit that includes easy to follow low-impact movement and core training.
MAXIMUS class will provide training to maximum. The class is designed to push you to the maximum effort in cardio and weight training formats. Participants will use their own body weight as well as a variety of equipment in the gym to change the body. Bring your “A Game” to this class as the instructor will challenge you to reach your maximum effort. From indoor cycling to squats, bicep curls to dips, this class will take you to the next level.
BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Each class is made up of 45 minutes of simple but challenging exercises, followed by 10 minutes of relaxation and meditation (55 minutes; burns up to 390 calories).
HITT/Tabata… High Intensity Interval Training is based on tabata 20/10 second drills that include completing a series of exercises for 20 seconds and resting 10 for 8 cycles. HIIT/Tabata is a full body workout designed to challenge the body. Various cardio and weight training drills are used during this workout. All activities can be modified to meet your individual needs.
