Yoga and Meditation Classes from Gold’s Gym Longmont bring balance to mind and body!
Take part in Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, and Meditation classes in our Mind and Body Studio! Certified instructors will guide you through specific exercises, poses, and breathing techniques to improve flexibility, range of motion and strength. Dimmed lights and music combined with detailed instruction will allow you to find focus, reduce stress and improve body-balance. We offer a variety of Yoga classes for your enjoyment – including classes for both the novice and the advanced.
Mind and Body, yoga and meditation, classes are offered 7 days a week at Gold’s Gym Longmont, with classes offered during the morning, noon and evening hours.
