Taking part in group exercise classes is a great way to stay motivated during your workouts. Our certified and energetic group fitness instructors will guide you along this fitness journey, and the energy of the group will drive you through the routines. We offer a variety of classes for your enjoyment – everything from the Latin dance-exercise sensation, Zumba, to challenging classes from Les Mills like BodyPump, BodyCombat and RPM, to mind and body-balance classes like Yoga and Bodyflow!
