Vigorous vinyasa style class structured and adaptable for various skill levels. Instructor will guide you through a variety of physical positions, utilizing your body weight, flexibility and muscle strength. You will work to achieve an inner balance and total awareness in body, mind and spirit. Intermediate and advanced levels.
An intense workout on a stationary bike – sitting, standing, up hills, down hills, all to great music. Increase your heart rate and get a great sweat going for all levels. First time spinners, please arrive early for class and let the instructor know. Let them show you how to set up your bike. All levels.
