Please bring a towel and water to class. Please arrive on time for it is not recommended to enter class after warm-up. Proper warm-up prior to exercise is important! We enjoy and encourage new participants in our classes, so please do not hesitate to join a class you have never take before! Please come early and let the instructor know that you are new to the class and they will be more than happy to help you. As a courtesy to all our members, please arrive to class on time. If the class is full and/or you are arriving late, please do not enter the studio and disrupt the class already in session. Thank you!
Yoga – Emphasizing the physical aspects of the transformative path, notably postures and cleansing techniques, but also breath control. The word “hatha” combines two Sanskrit words: “ha” which means “breath of the sun” and “tha”, “breath of the moon”. All levels
Power Yoga– Vigorous vinyasa style class structured and adaptable for various skill levels. Instructor will guide you through a variety of physical positions, utilizing your body weight, flexibility and muscle strength. You will work to achieve an inner balance and total awareness in body, mind and spirit. Intermediate and advanced levels.
Redefine– Redefine your body with this great class, weight training and cardio in intervals, using free weights, step. All levels.
Spin – An intense workout on a stationary bike, sitting, standing, up hills, down hills, all to great music. Increase your heart rate and get a great sweat going for all levels. First time spinners, please arrive early and let the instructor help you set up your bike.
Body Pump – The best strength training workout for your whole body. If you don’t like the weight room, but like the results you get from weight training, then this is the class for you! 10 tracks all to music: squats, lunges, shoulders, chest, triceps, biceps, hamstrings, back, abs… all levels, all abilities and you’ll love the results.
Cardio Kickbox – Cardiovascular boxing workout;
Ultra Sculpt– Uses hand weights, bar and a bench to sculpt ;
Body Blast– intervals of cardio with strength training;
PLYOGA– Plyometrics combined with yoga
Athletic step – Cardio intervals on the step. NO choreography, just straight cardio using the step with weights and abs.
Circuit Blast – Circuit training keeps your heart rate up, each participant has their own station with a bench and weights.
Boot Camp – Heavy on repetitions, light on rest, full body workout with cardio.
BUTT & GUTT – Uses a stability ball to strengthen your lower body
Cross Strength – 30 minute circuit including weights, kettlebells and cardio.
R.I.P.P.E.D.– Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Discipline
Total Body Blast– Cardio and weights combination working the entire body.
SWEAT – Straight cardio
Yogalates – a combination of Yoga and Pilates
Zumba – Latin inspired cardio dance class. All levels

TREADMILL TRAINING – Get fit on the treadmill with Bernie. Learn how to run, do intervals, increase cardiovascular endurance, run faster, do sprints or just get fit! 10:30AM Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays
H.I.I.T. – High intensity interval group training with Ann. Monday & Wednesday at 6AM; Friday 7AM. 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for 12 minutes, 2 minute Tabata run then another 12 minutes of 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest. Total body workout: cardio, body weight, weights, core.
