I began personal training a decade ago to assist my clients in achieving their healthy and attainable goals. During my clients’ sessions, I find that it is important to focus on their personal goals. My sessions incorporate strength training, coordination, balance, and flexibility. From new moms to older adults, I help many gain their lives back. I like to help my older adult clients maintain their physical capacities, which in turn allow them to maintain an independent life-style. Exercise significantly helps happiness and self-efficacy. I love my job because I strive to establish a relationship of trust and reliability. This takes time and careful attention, but it is rewarding to see my clients progress. Combining experiences and knowledge, I will help to motivate any clients and help them to gain quality of life.
