Over the last decade I’ve been a coach, teacher and Athletic Director for different schools in the Central Pennsylvania Area. However back in January 2013, I made a commitment to transform my life and challenge myself physically and mentally. That commitment and challenge was the 12 Week Challenge at Gold’s Gym Linglestown. During those 12 weeks I realized that I had an untapped passion for fitness and living a healthier lifestyle. This passion drove me to go back to school for a Physical Therapist Assistant Degree and to become a Certified Personal Trainer.
Professionally, I’m new to the fitness and performance-coaching field. However, I bring a vast amount of knowledge and experience from formally being a 3-sport high school athlete, collegiate athlete, high school football coach and Gold’s Gym Linglestown Challenge winner. I continually research and study the human body and the different fitness methods out there in order to provide my clients and athletes with the best training guidance possible. I’ve had the opportunity to coach and work with a number of elite athletes in the Central Pennsylvania Area. My goal is to help all my clients and athletes achieve their goals, improve their performance and ultimately fulfill their dreams. I spend countless hours planning and implementing fitness programs for anyone looking to improve their sports performance, overall fitness, loss weight, or rehab from injuries. One of my greatest strengths is my knowledge in strength development and injury prevention.
“Fitness isn’t about comparing yourself against other people. It’s about comparing yourself to what you did yesterday and working towards making yourself a better person!”
