My goal is to help you make the changes necessary to improve the quality of your life, not just trim your waistline. Having spent years in and out of doctors’ offices, battling chronic illness, allergies and other maladies, I was forced to figure out how to take care of my body earlier than most. Ballet was my refuge for most of my life, which led to a love of yoga, pilates, stability and BOSU ball training and later on weight lifting. After being introduced to the world of nutrition and the amazing results it can yield when appropriately managed, I have been able to control how I feel day-to-day more than I ever would have imagined. It’s incredible what proper movement and minor dietary tweaks can accomplish in someone’s body, let alone someone’s mindset. My passion for helping others stems from years of needing help myself and wanting to give back. My passion for fitness is a direct result of my own experiences with pain, illness and limitations… I want to help put the pep in your step as well as boost energy, develop balance and increase your strength.
