If so, Power Plate Yoga (PPY) will bring a new vibration into your practice and take your yoga practice to the next level! The Power Plate applies the science behind your body’s natural response to destabilization – as the device moves, your muscles react to stabilize your body. Practicing on the power plate, in a small group setting where you will experience yoga poses with the benefit of one on one attention, as well as, hands on adjustments from the instructor. Combining the yoga pose with the power plate allows for the benefits of both in one session! Bring you mat and join us in the personal training studio!
