My interest for fitness started at a very young age with an introduction to boxing. Played rep soccer and studied judo until I was 14.
In high school I played football, lacrosse and badminton but my main sport was free style wrestling. From wrestling I was introduced to weight training which became and has remained a true passion in my life. A passion that I decided to make into a profession so that I can now share with the people I train.
