Fitness is one of my biggest passions. I have been an athlete most of my life, running cross country and track in high school and in college. After graduating, I realized I loved training so I started working here in October 2013 as a Personal Trainer. Working with clients is more than showing them a few exercises, it is helping to improve their overall health and self-esteem. That is what makes my job so worthwhile!
