I was Born and raised in Maryland, DMV area. I attended Prince George’s County schools and earned my bachelor’s degree from Sojourner Douglass College of Baltimore, MD. I have always been an advocate for fitness and a passion for dancing. I am a mother of three children. From grade school, I was a part of a majorette team and in High School, auditioned for the Pom Pom squad which I dedicated three years to it. I enjoyed running and trained 3-4 days weekly for local races such as Army 10 miler (3yrs) Leesburg run once, and Pacers GW Parkway 3.5/10 mi (3 yrs.). I started taking a Zumba class and fell in love with it and never turned back. I also took TAE KWON DO for a 1 ½. I love sports! I am a Baltimore Ravens fan and enjoy watching LeBron James in basketball. I am active throughout my community and use my passion for dance to raise awareness towards Breast Cancer annually by hosting a Fitness Party.
