Eddie’s clients have described her as a “Firecracker”. A ball of energy who is passionate about fitness who works to ensure her clients leave her sessions with a sense of accomplishment and a great workout. Eddie’s Fitness Instructor journey started four (4) years ago after some health concerns surfaced. She devised a personal goal to move away from maintenance medications, lose weight, and reincorporate a well rounded fitness lifestyle. It began simply as becoming a client at the gym and finding enjoyment in putting in the work and seeing gradual positive results. She attended regularly, mixed up her class formats, and kept her body guessing. In time, the desire to instruct grew, she pursued it, and now shares her enthusiasm with her clients. If you’re looking to burn some serious calories, come in and try Eddie’s sessions. Let’s go! No excuses!

What led you to group fitness? I have always been passionate about exercise and wanted to help others achieve their fitness goals.
How do you spend your time outside of the gym? Nurturing fitness for my children by encouraging their participation in various sports & fitness activities such as boxing, football, basketball, ballet, & acrobatics. I also enjoy spending time in the gym on my free time to continue developing my fitness levels as well.
Some advice for our GGX class members: Find a fitness activity you enjoy so it’s easy for you to add it as part as your lifestyle. Stay consistent with your fitness activity level and practice mindful eating every day. Our bodies are machines, so do cardiovascular exercises every single day.
