What led you to group fitness? After losing 91lbs and completely changing my eating habits, I wanted to help others achieve their health and fitness goals
How do you spend your time outside of the gym? I have 2 wonderful kids and an amazing husband that keep me busy with cheer and Boy Scouts. I am also an extreme couponer so I spend a lot of my free time hunting and sharing deals with others to teach them how to get the things you want without breaking the bank
Some advice for our GGX class members: Keep attending. Even if you think you can’t make it through, keep attending. Consistency is the key. You can achieve your goals if you don’t give into the hype of, “it’s too hard”. Nothing worth fighting for is easy!
