Health and fitness have always been in my life; but unfortunately I allowed life and career to get in the way. About five years ago I took a hard look at my fitness and my health, and decided once and for all to put make my health and fitness a top priority. This is when I began to workout, take classes, and then felt the desire to teach and inspire others.

Classes you currently teach: GGX Cycle and Sprint
How do you spend your time outside of the gym? Spending time with family, traveling, reading, cooking and extreme football and basketball fan.
Some advice for our GGX class members: Your fitness journey is a marathon, not a sprint. Results are made and maintained through discipline, desire, accountability and always being willing to push yourself beyond your limitations.
