Come try this high interval workout which will include cardio, strength training, toning, and abdominal work; the class will end with stretching/cool down. Format for the class will change weekly, which keeps the body from hitting a plateau!! Members will use body weight, handheld weights, or weighted bars in conjunction with cardio.
