Gold’s Gym in Kirkland, Washington has several updates to our class schedule for the month for times and additions so make sure you check out our new schedules! Our Thursday Yoga Class has moved from 7:15 PM to 7:00 PM, and back by popular demand is BodyPump to our Thursday night lineup at 6 PM! Join Matt as he leads this 55-minute strength program that will tone your whole body.
Have you tried our new BODYSHRED class yet? Our group fitness instructors are incredibly excited to bring this new high intensity class to the Gold’s Gym Kirkland members. BODYSHRED is designed for those who want to Break Away from the Norm. Advance your Athleticism with the latest in Metabolic Training. Designed by Jillian Michaels, this program is perfect if you are short on time, but still look to maximize your results. The quick pace and mix of muscle conditioning, cardio and core stabilization is sure to push you to your peak performance.
This challenging class will push you to excel like never before! If you are always on the go, and need a quick workout this is just for you! This short workout will continue to give you benefits even after you leave the gym.
