My mission is to provide you with the tools you need to help change your life. I believe in building clients inside out thus a creating a foundation for success. So if you need to perform like an athlete or just look like one, I can help.
In high school I played football and lacrosse and after high school I participated in Muay Thai kickboxing. During the offseason is where I found my love of training and making myself better. While at UTEP I was a student coach for the strength and conditioning department. At UTEP I implemented programs for football, cheerleading, and track and field. Also I helped with soccer, softball and volleyball as needed. I have been a personal trainer for Gold’s Gym for four years. I am also proud to say I am the personal trainer of Frances Young, national winner of the 2014 Gold’s Gym 12 week challenge. I have also trained several local 12 week challenge winners. Aside from challenge winners I have helped countless people transform their bodies, prepare for various military courses, improve performance, and move and feel better. I have been featured on a webinar and YouTube ad for Gold’s Gym. My experience and background is in strength gains, athletic performance, and clients with medical limitations. I am also a competitive powerlifter in the 198lb and 220lb weight classes in the USPA.
