Your goals, not much else can be said but I will try. Rather it be knowledge, motivation, program design, sport specific, weight loss, or any other personal fitness goal you have, my mission is to help you achieve it. As long as you are committed to your goals I will be committed to you.
I started training in 2009 though I didn’t really think of it as a career at the time. I was working in another industry and really just helping friends and family with fitness advice or a work out partner/program from time to time. I had graduated from college with a degree in mechanical engineering, and although it came fairly easy to me I think I did it more because it was expected of me rather than having a passion or drive for it as a career. Eventually the people that I had been helping started suggesting I turn training into my career since all the advice and help I was giving at that point was free. I started to look into personal training as a career and obtained my first certification. I was really blown away be everything I didn’t know or knew but didn’t really know the reasoning behind it. This took my passion for fitness to a new level as I became hungry for knowledge on all things fitness. I found myself reading articles online, fitness magazines, and further certifications. I worked for myself in GA building my clients from most of the friends I had already been helping. In 2012 my family and I moved to TX where I began working in Gold’s Gym in 2013.
