Hello! My name is Becky Tuthill, I am a personal trainer at Gold’s Gym in Kennewick, WA. I have been a trainer for about fifteen years and have been a member of Gold’s training team for five years. I am certified through the American Council on Exercise and the arthritis foundation; I also hold additional certifications in RPM, Aqua aerobics and nutrition specializing in weight loss. My hobbies include rollerblading and virtually anything active or outdoors.
I am very passionate about my job, I love being able to help so many people both set and reach their goals. There are few better things in life than knowing that you were able to facilitate someone in improving the quality of life that they get to live, day in and day out. This is the very reason I decided to become a personal trainer and it never gets old.
I specialize in weight loss, corrective exercises after injuries, and injury prevention. However, I train individuals of every size, shape and age and am well versed in strength gain and flexibility. My fitness philosophy is: I move therefore I am. To explain this a bit further, I would say that movement NEEDS to be a part of the lives we live. The actions we choose to take, define who we are. To quote Plato, “Lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human being while movement and methodical physical exercise save it and preserve it.”
