Hi my name is Stuart Nielson,
If you are a brand new fitness enthusiast or returning to exercise and fitness, I am the personal trainer for you! With me you will progress through all stages of training necessary to achieve your individual fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, increase strength and muscle mass, or improve your overall health, I will do everything possible to help you get there. You can achieve your fitness potential! Take the first step in becoming the best you, by meeting with me today to schedule your FREE 30 minute fitness orientation session. The sessions includes (but is not limited to) a 5 minute warm up, the Gold’s Gym 10-Minute Fit Test as well as 10-15 minutes of teaching you the proper use of 5-8 circuit machines and free weight equipment based around your current fitness level and overall health and fitness goals. If you have already received an orientation and are ready to jump head first into achieving your fitness goals I’m also available for one on one 1-hour personal training sessions.
