Hello my name is Derek England. I have a bachelor’s degree in Human Performance Management with an emphasis on Wellness and two minors in Sport Coaching and Nutrition. I’m also a certified personal trainer through the NCCPT and am extremely eager to practice and learn constantly, and to also share my knowledge with others. My major two beliefs are exercise is a type of medicine and wellness is a lifestyle. Exercise has been proven to be just as effective as many types of medicine and is very cost effective. Wellness is an important lifestyle that everyone can succeed at. I want to help people attain whatever health related goals they desire and make them permanent. Lifestyle changes can be hard to attain however, I’ll do my best to help you make it happen and stick with it.
