Group Training Classes range from weight training, explosive cardio, cycling, step aerobics, HIIT Training (High Intensity Interval Training) and even water aerobics.
At Gold’s Gym Northern Utah locations our GGX group fitness classes consist of between 10 – 100 people working out together in a pre-planned class setting led by experienced, certified instructors who combine exercise and music together in a structured, comfortable environment where participants are coached toward a common goal of achieving their fitness potential. At Gold’s Gym Northern Utah we offer over 200 group fitness classes per week in our temperature-controlled group exercise studios that includes special flooring, and sound systems. Our classes include the Industry leading (Les Mills) programs such as Body Pump, GRIIT, Body Combat, Body Step, Body Attack, Body Flow, CX Works, Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Core Training, RPM, Cycling, and much more.
