This series is for all levels and highly recommended for students new to yoga or working with physical limitations. The class consists of 26 postures in a set sequence, each sequence preparing the body for the next posture, allowing you to gain strength, flexibility and balance while also incorporating controlled breathe to oxygenate and energize the body. Hot Hatha works every muscle, gland, and organ flushing all the anatomical systems. It is an excellent foundation to learn proper alignment and develop concentration, that will compliment other styles of yoga. Be prepared to sweat!
