Shannon’s has obtained her ISSA fitness trainer certification , POSTURCISE certification, Integrated Functional Explosive Training certification, Youth Strength Training Certification, Nutritional Essentials Certification, Vinyasa Specialist Certification, and Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification.
