Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. In RPM® you have the ability to control the intensity of the workout, which means riders of all fitness levels and capabilities can work out together. The more you ride, the fitter you’ll become.

A sequenced strength and muscular endurance class that works every body part primarily by using weighted barbells. Each body part is worked for 4 to 5 minute intervals with built in rest periods.

Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines, including cumbia, meringue,, salsa, reggaeton, hip-hop, mambo, flamenco and calypso. Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body.
