Houston Youth Fitness Program
It’s never too early to start emphasizing the importance of physical fitness to a healthy and long life. The Youth Performance Program at Gold’s Gym Bear Creek is for kids from 7-12 years old and encourages a healthy lifestyle with a wide range of exciting and motivating exercises specifically designed for young bodies. Our classes include:
- Mad Skillz – Games, races, obstacles and more offered in this class, designed to improve balance, coordination, strength, and endurance.
- Pump and Jump – Body Weighted exercises with intervals of cardio burst, this class utilizes resistance tubing and coordination cardio drills to keep you moving.
- Recreation Stations -Stations designed to keep your attention! Fun and interactive movements.
- Youth Rip 60 – Suspension training utilizing rotating straps, this program engages the nervous system and trains the muscles in your body to work together, leading to more strength, power and results. We will go through basic push and pull movements with the youth, and intervals of cardio.
- Youth Boot Camp – Plyometric, strength training, flexibility, and cardio drills to challenge each and every one at their own level.
