Functional Training at Bear Creek Fitness Center
Have you heard all the buzz about functional training? Functional training is a fun and exciting way to train, and we have all of the space and equipment you need right here. At Gold’s Gym Bear Creek we use the Rip 60 structure for functional training. Rip 60 is a suspension trainer based workout program that incorporates suspension training with traditional calisthenics, some plyometrics and some kettlebell training. It’s a great workout to add to any weight loss program or any physical fitness program.
