Make sure you take notice of some of our recent class additions at Gold’s Gym Hope Mills! First, we have added 6am classes Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
-Mondays from 6-7am BodyPump with Ryan
-Wednesdays from 6-6:45am Spin with Jasmine
-Fridays 6-7am Pump Plus with Ryan
In addition we have a new class, PiYo that has been added Tuesdays at 7:30-8:30pm! PiYo is a fun, challenging class that fuses elements of Pilates and Yoga. You will burn calories, tone muscles, and work on balance!
