After a slow warm-up, this class builds heat through an energizing Vinyasa Flow featuring the Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar). Poses focusing on flexibility for the hips and strength in the shoulders/arms will give any athlete a challenge. Open to all fitness levels, particularly athletes looking to enhance their workout through deep stretching (cyclists, runners, etc).

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
