Today's Recipe: Easy Fruit Smoothies

Makes: 4 servings Serving Size: about 1 cup Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients
1 2.3-ounce box silken firm tofu, drained
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
1/2  cup frozen blueberries
1 medium banana
1 1/2  cups soy or fat-free milk
4-6 packets sugar substitute

Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and puree on high until smooth.
