Are you ready to sweat This interval type class is done on stationary bikes. The instructor leads you through a ride consisting of hills, sprints, lifts and climbs. YOU determine how hard you work because you adjust the tension on the bike. A great cardio workout that burns tons of calories Please sign up at the front desk to reseve one of the 10 bikes. If you are not present at the beginning of class your name will be taken off of the reservation list.
