Chris earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Albany State University. She has been a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer through The American Council on Exercise since 2005. During the 1980′s, Chris was introduced to Body Building and was immediately hooked. Throughout the later 80s and 1990s, Chris compete in many Body Building competitions earning numerous 1st Place and Overall awards. She then started working with contestants to prepare them for competitions helping with diet, exercise and posing routines. Her Health and Fitness passion continues to grow. Today she works with people of all ages and gender motivating them to reach their strength and cardio goals while improving their quality of healthy life. Besides being a Personal Trainer, Chris is trained on TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise) and certified to teach Silver & Fit and Silver Sneakers classes.
