Ascension is designed for you to take your body, drive, and training to a higher level. Through high-intensity circuits, specialized strength training, and individual attention, Ascension will not only encourage you to reach a higher level physically but mentally as well.
Ascension will help you focus on:
- Burning fat
- Building lean muscle
- Improving strength
- Increasing power
- Range of Motion
- Body-weight exercises
Anaerobic training enhances the anaerobic metabolic capacity of the muscle fibers that are being trained, thus increasing the ability of the athlete to train, and therefore perform at higher exercise intensity.
Ascension is run twice a week for four weeks. Sessions will occur on Monday / Wednesday. Each class will have an attendance of 2-6 people. One make-up class is offered on the last Saturday of every month.
Safety and health are of the up-most importance when it comes to training. You will be required to have some conditioning and training experience. If you are uncertain of your fitness level, please feel free to contact me so we evaluate your fitness level and get you started!
