It all starts with you! Help people achieve their fitness goals by signing them up for a membership. The Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new members and selling renewals/upgrades to current gym members.
What Are the Responsibilities?
Generate sales through company and employee sponsored outreach and promotions
Maintain accurate records using established Gold’s Gym sales systems
Follow up on all prospects
Conduct gym tours
Conduct telephone inquiries
Establish and maintain lead boxes in the community
Establish and maintain a referral program
Maintain information on club history, background, philosophy, facilities, and staff
High school diploma and some college course completion required. College degree preferred.
Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills.
Goal-oriented. Ability to achieve acceptable number of units per month.
Ability to learn and utilize Gold’s Gym’s membership sales systems.
Demonstrated understanding of the Daily Sales Stat report and its contents.
Basic computer skills.
