Growing up in a sports environment taught me the importance of hard work, healthy lifestyle and variety in training. As a woman and mother it is extremely important to provide a positive way of thinking when it comes to training, eating and wellbeing. I am a CrossFit Level 1 trainer, a CrossFit kids trainer, and a Red Cross instructor. In getting back to my “sports” background, I have become a master competitor in Olympic weightlifting. With my knowledge of athletic training and diverse modalities it is my desire to make you the best individual you can be, inside and out.
