Energetic Group Classes at Hamilton Mill Health Club
At Gold’s Gym in Hamilton Mill, we offer a wide array of group classes so that our members can find the right fit for their goals and fitness level. We know that not all exercisers are ready to tackle the most intense workouts, whereas some do need that challenge. That’s why we try to provide our members with a lot of options at various times of the day, so that everyone has an opportunity to take part in a group class.
All of our group classes are taught by instructors and personal trainers who know how the correct technique and form and can show you the proper way to execute all of the required moves.
