- New Yoga class on Mondays at 8am beginning May 20
The following classes will go on summer vacation starting in June:

- Wednesday 10:10am Row/Core
- Wednesday 5:15pm Row
- Thursday 12:00pm Boot Camp
- Saturday 9:20am Cycle will go on summer vacation starting June 22

Introduction to Indoor Cycling ~ Thursday, June 6 at 5:00pm
New to indoor cycling? This 30-minute session will cover all the basics that will give you confidence for taking your first class: how to set up your bike, proper form, cycling terms and common verbal cues you will hear in class, along with practice drills that will bring it all together and get you pumped for a full class!
