NEW SUMMER SCHEDULE.....starts Tues May 28th

Please note that some classes are dropped for the summer months but will be back in the fall!

New BALLET BARRE class to began on Friday May 10th.

This class will be offered on Wed & Fri from 6:40 - 7:30 am in the Yoga room

Ballet Barre is a perfect fit for the more mature member! Improve your body alignment, balance and posture, and gain a new sense of body awarness along with improved toning benefits!

This class will be taught by Corita, who has years of experience as a former dance studio owner/teacher!
